Практикоорієнтоване навчання як важіль розвитку сучасної філологічної освіти

Abstract

Зміст статті присвячено характеристиці досвіду Комунального закладу «Харківська гуманітарно-педагогічна академія в забезпеченні практикооріентованої підготовки фахівнів за освітньою програмою «Українська мова та література». Практикоорієнтоване навчання визначено пріоритетним напрямом модернізації педагогічної системи в царині фахової підготовки. Актуальність тенденції інтегрування освітнього процесу й виробничої діяльності вмотивовано сучасним стрімким розвитком усіх галузей життедіяльності, фактом гнучкої трансформації економічного й соціального устрою як реакції на виклики інформаційної доби. Особливістю освітньої програми «Українська мова та література» визначено максимально широкий перелік практичних освітніх компонентів, зокрема унікальних видів практики, що забезпечує майбутнім фахівцям можливість моделювання власної професійної діяльності в таких потенційних сферах працевлаштування, як освітня, наукова, музейна, культурно-просвітницька, літературно-видавнича. Значущість моделювання майбутньої діяльності у різних сферах обгрунтовано більш глибоким і системним осмисленням наукової картини світу, усвідомленням взаємозвʼязків професії з суспільним життям, розумінням тенденцій її розвитку в соціально-історичному контексті. Підвищення рівня конкурентоспроможності фахівця повʼязане також із прикладним характером орієнтовного переліку освітніх компонентів вільного вибору здобувачів вищої світи з усіх професійних програм закладу вищої освіти. Співпрацю з роботодавцями і стейкхолдерами на базах практики кваліфіковано дієвим інструментом коригування освітньої програми відповідно до нагальних вимог ринку праці та суспільних запитів. У статті представлено програми різних видів практики, структурно-логічні звʼязки компонентів освітньої програми «Українська мова та література». Продемонстровано результати запровадження практикоорієнтованої фахової підготовки за освітньою програмою.

The content of the article deals with the characteristics of the experience of the Municipal Establishment «Kharkiv Humanitarian-Pedagogical Academy» in providing practice-oriented training of specialists in the educational program «Ukrainian Language and Literature». Practice. oriented education is identified as a priority area of modernization of the pedagogical system in the field of professional training. The topicality of the trend of integrating the educational process and work activities is motivated by the modern rapid development of all spheres of life, the fact of flexible transformation of the economic and social system as a response to the challenges of the information age. The peculiarity of the educational program «Ukrainian Language and Literature» is the widest possible list of practical educational components, including unique types of practice, which provides future professionals with the opportunity to model their own professional activities in such potential areas of employment as educational, scientific, museum, cultural, educational, literary, and publishing activities. The importance of modeling future activities in various fields is justified by a deeper and more systematic understanding of the scientific world view, awareness of the relationship of the profession with public life, understanding of trends in its development in the socio-historical context. Increasing the level of competitiveness of the specialist is also associated with the applied nature of the approximate list of optional disciplines from all professional programs of the higher education institution. Cooperation with employers and stakeholders on the basis of the practice is qualified as an effective tool for adjusting the educational program in accordance with the urgent requirements of the labor market and public demand. The article presents the programs of different types of practice, structural and logical connections of the components of the educational program «Ukrainian language and literature». The results of the introduction of practice-oriented professional training in the educational program are demonstrated.
