Сучасні проблеми едукації майбутніх учителів в умовах діджиталізації освіти в теорії та практиці педагогічної науки

Abstract

На основі аналізу психолого-педагогічної, управлінської та спеціальної літератури, а також нормативно-правових документів визначено сучасні проблеми едукації майбутніх учителів в умовах діджиталізації освіти, а саме: пріоритетність матеріального забезпечення особистості над її духовно-ціннісним розвитком; надмірне використання глобальної інформаційної бази в усіх сферах життєдіяльності людини; обґрунтування і розробки фрейму й змістового наповнення загальної педагогічної концепції окремого фундаментального досліджуваного феномену; відсутність педагогічної концепції едукації майбутніх учителів в умовах діджиталізації освіти. . In the article the author on the basis of the analysis of psychological-pedagogical, administrative and special literature, and also normative-legal documents defines modern problems of education of future teachers in the conditions of digitalization of education. The modernization processes taking place in the field of educational policy in Ukraine in general and in the pedagogical field in particular require a rethinking of the conceptual framework taking into account world and European standards. In this regard, the development of the national pedagogical concept of education of future teachers as highly competent specialists of the new generation becomes especially important. Based on the research of the European Union, the principles that reveal the educational processes of educational pedagogy are identified: new basic knowledge and skills for all by guaranteeing permanent access to education to obtain, generalize and update professional skills to adapt to the information society; increase investment in human resources to increase the value of human capital; innovative methods of education for the development of the latest methodology of teaching, education, development for the pedagogical field in general; a new system for assessing the level of education in order to make global changes in the process of assessing its results; development of mentoring and counseling to provide each participant in the educational process with free access to information resources. The author assumes that the level of competitiveness of the state on the world stage directly depends on the level of competence of specialists, their ability to acquire new competencies, take into account new opportunities and use them to benefit themselves and the country as a whole. On the basis of the processed researches, the scientist comes to a conclusion that to problems of education of future teachers in the conditions of digitalization of education concern the following: priority of material maintenance of the person over its spiritual and value development; excessive use of the global information base in all spheres of human life; substantiation and development of the frame and content of the general pedagogical concept of a separate fundamental researched phenomenon; lack of pedagogical concept of education of future teachers in the conditions of digitalization of education
