Застосування web-ресурсів у процесі підвищення кваліфікації науково-педагогічних працівників

Abstract

Обґрунтовано сутність процесу підвищення кваліфікації науково-педагогічних працівників, систематизова-но основні принципи. Автором розглянуто основні аспекти застосування web-ресурсів у процесі підвищення кваліфікації науково-педагогічних працівників. Наукові методи аналізу, синтезу, спостереження, опису та порі-вняння використовувались для визначення особливостей застосування web-ресурсів. Отримані результати підт-верджують, що використання web-ресурсів розширює можливості для підвищення рівня професійної компетен-тності викладача як продукту індивідуального професійно-творчого саморозвитку. Завдяки дистанційним осві-тнім web-технологіям підвищення кваліфікації відбувається в короткі терміни та з мінімальними витратами. Автором зроблено висновок, що використання web-ресурсів у процесі підвищення кваліфікації науково-педагогічних кадрів дає можливість безперервного навчання, саморозвитку, підвищення рівня знань фахівців, масового обміну інформацією і дослідів, незалежно від просторових і часових меж, рівні шанси на самореаліза-цію учасників освітнього процесу. The article reveals the essence of the concept of «improving the qualification of scientific and pedagogical staff» and defines the theoretical aspects of the use of web-resources in the process of improving the qualification of scientific and pedagogical staff. Methodology. Scientific methods of analysis, synthesis, observation, description and comparison were used to determine the features of the use of web-resources. Findings.. The author concludes that pro-fessional development of research and teaching staff is to update the theoretical and practical knowledge of specialists in the form of formal and informal learning in accordance with modern requirements for the level of qualification, con-stantly changing requirements of state educational standards, the need to develop modern innovative forms and meth-ods, and technologies for solving professional problems. It is proved that the use of web-resources expands the opportu-nities for increasing the level of professional competence of the teacher as a product of individual professional and crea tive self-development by distance educational web-technologies. Originality. The scientific novelty is that due to the use of web-resources, namely Prometheus, EdEra, and Google training takes place in a short time and with minimal costs, which is especially important in today's financing of the education system. Practical value. The results of re-search can be used while developing and applying the web-resources in the process of professional development of re-search and teaching staff in relevant educational institutions. Conclusions. The use of web-resources in the process of professional development of scientific and pedagogical staff allows continuous learning, self-development, improving the level of knowledge, mass exchange of information and experiments, regardless of spatial and temporal boundaries, equal chances for self-realization of participants.
